The pro-castinator talks a lot, meets a lot, but doesn't deliver.

It can be irritating to work with a procastinator, because agreed actions won't come on time, the energy level drops, and trust drains out of the relation quickly.

But there is another side of the coin, the pre-castinator.

He loves to check boxes. done! yeah! check, check, double-check. Feels great.

What if it isn't that great?

What if it encourages micro-management and more and more activities, but less output?

Both the procastinator and the precastinator are well advised to put all their tasks on one plate, reflect on desired future and desired outcomes, and
- only after that, dear precastinator! -
sprint and ship.
