Creating change starts with ourselves. We are the social prototype of the new. We preconfigure what's coming. If our assumptions get validated, others are going to chip in as well.

When change scales and meets the organization, four questions always rise:

1. Do you think it is possible? (Mindset)
2. Do you know how to start it? (Method)
3. How much do you really want it? (Motivation)
4. Do we really need this? (Vitamin or Aspirin).

Keep in mind that the state of being fully prepared never occurs. It's like the buzzer moment. 
If you push it when you know the answer, the moment is definitely too late.
