As a management consultant, leadership expert and executive coach I work with organizations, teams and individuals to restarts processes that have come to a halt. My main line of action is to re-activate available resources, mobilize existing talents, bundle the energy available and turn it into measurable results.
I focus on consulting, management- & organization development, process facilitation, executive coaching, intercultural training/diversity and team development. I am particularly interested in supporting senior managers in their decision-making processes, sustaining their learning, development and facilitating change processes. My approach is systemic, holistic, multi-cultural and networked.
I am part of the Global Educator Network of Duke CE, US and a fellow of Oxford Leadership. I support, train and mentor young professionals around the world and in Universities (Uni Wien, TU). I am also part of the supervisory board of the architects of the future. The architects are pioneers of a new economy that connects holistic thinking with successful entrepreneurship and compassion.
